New Wave Group AB (publ) strengthens its management team Göran Härstedt has been appointed as the new Deputy Managing Director of the New Wave Group. Göran Härstedt most recently was a partner and commercial attorney with the law firm, Wistrand Advokatbyrå. Göran Härstedt, together with Managing Director Torsten Jansson, will be in charge of the Group's business development, as well as purchases and acquisitions. In addition, Göran Härstedt will have overall responsibility for legal matters in the New Wave Group. In conjunction with his appointment, Göran Härstedt has acquired 80,000 Series A shares of New Wave Group from Managing Director Torsten Jansson. By hiring Göran Härstedt, the New Wave Group continues to strengthen its management team, and gains a great deal of expertise in business development, acquisitions and law, all areas that will be of great value to the Group in its continued development and acquisitions.
