New Wave Group AB has sold CJG Handels AB New Wave Group has this day sold all the shares in CJG Handels AB to Hillerstorps Trä AB. CJG Handels AB, which is active with selling of cushions for furniture, was earlier a subsidiary to Hefa AB, which New Wave Group acquired during 1998. The transfer is a stage in the cultivation of the New Wave Group's business. The transfer price is amounting to 7 MSEK, which results in a capital gain of fully 2 MSEK for New Wave Group.
