New Wave Group acquire D.A.D. Sportswear New Wave Group has today signed an agreement regarding purchase of all shares in D.A.D. Sportswear with effect from 1 April 2004, inclusive. The company is active with selling of promo wear to resellers. The company's selling is mostly done through the Internet to customers in Sweden and Finland. The company's turn over during 2003 was about 15,6 MSEK with a result after financial items of about 900 TSEK. Through the acquisition, New Wave Group will strengthen its position on the Swedish and Finnish promo market. The company's trademark, D.A.D. Sportswear, collection and sales channels fits in very well into New Wave Group's line of business. The acquisition will, according to our estimations, not have any influence on the group's result during 2004, while the influence on the group's result thereafter is expected to be positive. Nomination Committee in New Wave Group regarding the election of board members 2004 In accordance with the decision taken at the annual shareholders' meeting 2003, a nomination committee has been established, consisted of the chairman (convener) and one representative for each one of the two largest shareholders. The composition of the nomination committee to the election of the board on the annual shareholders' meeting this year, which will take place on 17 May 2004, is as follows: Håkan Thylén, chairman and convener Torsten Jansson, CEO and largest shareholder Marianne Nilsson, representative for Robur, the second largest shareholder.
