Newcross opens first branch in North Wales

UK healthcare provider, Newcross Healthcare Solutions has today opened its first branch in North Wales, creating over 100 permanent nursing and healthcare jobs in the local area. The decision was made to expand into Colwyn Bay due to exceptional levels of demand for the high-quality standard of care provided by Newcross in other local locations including Chester, Swansea and Cardiff. 

Since opening its branch in Chester in 2013, Newcross has continuously seen a growing demand from clients based in North Wales, and so the launch in Colwyn Bay will ensure that there is a dedicated branch for all local enquiries and requests to be processed. As part of the expansion, Newcross will be recruiting nurses and healthcare assistants with a variety of skills and experiences to join the team.

Newcross is encouraging their nurses to get Revalidation ready by providing support through their line managers, giving annual appraisals and their clinical excellence support network.  The company is also currently running a golden ticket promotion for nurses, offering a £500 reward for new and re-joining nurses to the Newcross team.
