Newcross welcomes new manager to Colchester branch

Newcross Healthcare Solutions has recently welcomed a new Business Centre Manager (BCM), Gerard Francis, to its Colchester branch. Newcross has grown exponentially over 19 years, with the single aim of providing the highest possible quality of care through well-trained and reliable healthcare professionals.

Gerard’s background in recruitment management and his passion for staff engagement and development to deliver a quality service made him the ideal candidate. Gerard said, “I jumped at the chance to work for Newcross, seeing an exciting opportunity to test and develop my skills while delivering a high-quality service.
