Brokerage Firm Recruits Industry Veterans Yara De Abreu, Leslie Valle and Victoria Sampaio
Boasting an innovative business-model that is ushering a new form of conducting real estate transactions, Opulence International Realty, South Florida’s newest real estate brokerage firm, has successfully recruited three leading executives to execute the company’s mission of offering the very best to its valued clientele. The “dream-team” includes Yara De Abreu as Vice President of Developer Solutions, Leslie Valle as Operations Manager and Victoria Sampaio as Director of Marketing.

As Vice President of Developer Solutions, Yara De Abreu leads the division by offering clients a wide-range of services from pre-construction sales and repositioning to long-term sales and marketing management services. Utilizing her extensive network that includes prominent developers and professionals in both the real estate and hospitality arenas, coupled with her expertise in various markets, De Abreu is quickly attracting big-name clients to Opulence International Realty. De Abreu’s knowledge and background combined with Opulence International’s progressive platform makes the company unlike any other in the South Florida market.
With twenty years of experience, De Abreu previously worked with The Portofino Group at several of their developments including the Portofino Tower. She later established her own company, YDA Enterprises, where clients – developers and product investors alike – were provided with an array of real estate or investment services such as analysis, financial assessment, sales capabilities and a network of relationships. Throughout her career, De Abreu has brought her talents to cities such as Las Vegas, Chicago, Austin, San Antonio, Manhattan and Miami.
With more than 12 years of real estate experience, Leslie Valle has been exposed to all facets of the industry while also establishing invaluable relationships. Her career repertoire includes companies such as Lee Maloff Realty, Steward de la Vega Group and most recently ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. There she acted as the direct liaison between the staff and senior management, and assisted in the growth of the corporation from one office to five offices during her five-year tenure. At Opulence International Realty, Valle spearheads operations and has already signed a selected number of prominent heavy-hitters to the company.
As Director of Marketing for Opulence International Realty, Victoria Sampaio will utilize her expertise to proliferate the brand to new heights using an integrated marketing approach. Having previously worked with ONE Sotheby's International Realty for nearly four years, Sampaio’s experience includes developing marketing materials, managing vendor relationships, supporting more than 300 agents and art directing lifestyle videos. Under her direction, the company’s marketing earned several awards including "Most Innovative Marketing" from the Real Estate Council of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce in 2013.
