HicTac grant awarded to Nexam

Nexam and Swerea SICOMP have been awarded a grant for the project HicTac, with Rolls-Royce as the end customer, as part of the EU's FP7/Clean-Sky program.


Nexam Chemical AB, as party to the project HicTac (High performance composites for demanding high Temperature applications), has been granted approx. SEK 1 million to develop high temperature resins for use in new high-performance composites.

Rolls-Royce (jet engines) is the end-customer to the project. The project will run for a period of 24 months starting in March 2013.
