Nexam Chemical strengthens global distribution network for Reactive Recycling™ with new partners in France and Turkey
Nexam Chemical has entered into new distribution agreements covering France and Turkey, further strengthening the Company's commercial platform for Reactive Recycling™ and expanding its global distribution network.
In France, Nexam Chemical has initiated a collaboration with Vanoplast, an established supplier of additives and masterbatches serving a broad range of customers across the French plastics industry. In Turkey, Nexam Chemical has also appointed a new distributor and initiated the onboarding process.
Both partners are expected to begin commercial activities during the summer and will initially focus on promoting Nexam Chemical's Reactive Recycling™ technologies for packaging recycling applications, with an initial focus on PET and polyethylene (PE), where Nexam Chemical sees increasing demand for solutions that improve the properties and processability of recycled materials.
Through their extensive industry networks and local presence, the new partners are expected to support the continued commercialization of Nexam Chemical's solutions on two important European markets.
"Our ambition is to make Reactive Recycling™ technologies available to an increasing number of customers globally. With these additions, we have established a strong commercial platform spanning North America, Asia and Europe. Together with our existing partner network and activities in other parts of Europe, we now have a strong foundation and broad market access to support the continued commercialization of Reactive Recycling™ technologies globally. We are pleased to see the strong interest in solutions that enable increased use of recycled plastics without compromising productivity or material performance," says Ronnie Törnqvist, CEO of Nexam Chemical.
"We see significant potential for Nexam Chemical's unique additives on the French market, as they help address challenges faced by many customers using recycled plastics in packaging applications. The ability to increase recycled content while improving the performance of lower-quality recycled materials is of great importance, both for our customers and for the plastics industry as a whole. Our collaboration has had an excellent start, and we have already initiated the first customer trials," says Achille Malaptias, Deputy CEO of Vanoplast.
Vanoplast (www.vanoplast.com) is an established supplier of additives and masterbatches to the plastics industry in France and provides Nexam Chemical with significantly broader market reach than previously possible through direct customer engagement.
The new partnerships in France and Turkey complement Nexam Chemical's existing distribution network in North America and Asia, as well as its commercial activities in other European markets. Together, these channels provide access to most of the key regions where demand for advanced recycling solutions is growing, creating a strong foundation for the continued global expansion of the Company's Reactive Recycling™ business.
