The exercise period for the warrants of series TO 1 begins today, September 6, 2021

Today, September 6 2021, the exercise period begins for the warrants of series TO 1 that were issued during Nexam Chemical Holding AB’s (“Nexam Chemical” or “the Company”) issuing of units in February 2020.

The exercise period beings today, September 6 2021, and will continue up to and including September 17, 2021. Each warrant of series TO 1 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share at a subscription price of SEK 6.50 per share. If all warrants are exercised, the Company will receive approximately SEK 13.5 million before issuing costs. Holders of warrants must actively subscribe for new shares no later than September 17 2021, or sell the warrants no later than September 15 2021. If no actions are taken, the warrants will expire without value.  

Terms for exercising warrants:

Exercise period: September 6 – 17 2021.

Last day of trading warrants of series TO 1: September 15 2021. 

Terms: One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share.

Exercise price: SEK 6.50 per share.

Issue size: 2,071,087 warrants of series TO 1.

Note that warrants that are not exercised on the last day of the exercise period, September 17 2021, or sold the last day of trading, September 15 2021, will expire without value.

Nominee registered warrant holders

Holders whose warrants are registered with a custodian or nominee, including investment savings accounts or capital insurances, should subscribe and pay for shares in accordance with the instruction from their custodian or nominee.  Holders of warrants should contact their custodian or nominee well in advance for further instructions.

Direct registered warrant holders

Direct registered warrant holders should use the applicant form available at Erik Penser Bank’s and Nexam Holdings’s websites to exercise warrants.  Subscriptions are made through payments in accordance with the instructions on the application form. Both the application form and the payment must be received by Erik Penser Bank no later than the date stated on the application form.
