New highly affordable combination sunglass & goggle
Sunglasses For Sport Ltd, the specialist online retailer of sports sunglasses and eyewear, has just added a brand new highly versatile combination sunglass & goggle to its own label Evolution sports eyewear range. Called Evolution Elan, it’s primarily aimed at snow sports enthusiasts and retails at just £24.95.
01 October 2015 – Sunglasses For Sport Ltd, the specialist online retailer of sports sunglasses and eyewear, has just added a combination sunglass & goggle to its own label Evolution range. Primarily aimed at skiers, the new Evolution Elan is really 3 models in one: it can be worn as a sunglass (either full frame or half frame), or as a goggle by replacing the arms with the elasticated, adjustable strap supplied. In goggle mode it is worn with the full frame shock absorbing foam gasket. In sunglass mode it can be worn with and without the gasket. Its versatility means that Elan is also year-round eyewear as detaching the full frame gasket makes it a half frame sunglass for wearing in the summer or for other sports like cycling.
There are two colour options called ‘Circles’ and ‘Graffiti’ to denote the highly striking graphics on the temples. The Evolution Elan ‘Circles’ option has a white frame with black & white 'circles' side graphics and Category 4 grey lenses – these very dark lenses are suited to the high glare conditions and intense sunlight experienced at high altitude.
The Evolution Elan ‘Graffiti’ colour option also has a white frame but with blue graffiti side graphics. It has Category 3 grey lenses with flash mirror finish.
Lenses on both colour options are UV400 rated, completely distortion-free and made from impact resistant, shatterproof polycarbonate. The full wrap fit keeps out wind and glare, and it is helmet compatible in either sunglass or goggle mode.
