Sunglasses For Sport add new ‘entry level’ Pilla Zeiss models
15 October 2013 – Sunglasses for Sport, Authorised Pilla Dealer, have just taken delivery of the new Pilla Zeiss ‘Sportsman’ models. These are long-awaited ‘entry level’ Pilla models but still with new, exceptional quality Zeiss lenses.
The latest additions to the Pilla Zeiss range they comprise the Sportsman 560 and Sportsman 580. The 560 is a full wrap fit similar in style to Pilla’s “all conquering” Panther model whilst the 580 is a more conventional ‘aviator’ style.
Sunglasses For Sport are selling both models as 4 lens interchangeable sets. Frames are made from super strong but ultra lightweight stainless steel with both benefitting from a completely unobstructed sight picture.
They also both come with Pilla’s signature 'fork' temple tips that are easily adjusted to customise fit and provide optimal comfort. The 4 lenses supplied with both models are:
- 70CY High Contrast Yellow (overcast / flat light), vibrant colour enhancement.
- 40CP Background Neutraliser Purple (medium-bright light conditions); a great all-round lens designed to kill the background and highlight target orange.
- 50CV High Definition Vermilion (medium light & overcast conditions); another great all-round colour and especially good for orange targets against a sky background.
- 65CP Background Neutraliser Purple (low light & dark backgrounds).
Additional lens colours are also available. The Sportsman models are supplied with a microfibre soft carry pouch and a premium quality Pilla branded hard case with cleaning cloth.
