Acquisition of Kvantel companies completed

Reference is made to a stock exchange notice issued on 17 September 2015 regarding the acquisition of Kvantel AS and Kvantel Voice AS. The acquisition of both companies has been completed on 8 October 2015. NextGenTel Holding ASA will invite to an investor and analyst meeting related to the acquisition.
