Approval of annual accounts 2014

The board of directors of Telio Holding ASA has 23 March 2015 approved the annual accounts for 2014. There were no material changes in the profit before income tax as presented in the Q4 2014 financial results on 12 February 2015. However, income tax expense has been reduced by NOK 5.2 million. Profit after tax for 2014 was NOK 78,250,000.

The annual general meeting (AGM) will take place Friday 24 April 2015 at 15:00 pm at the company's premises at Harbitzalleen 2A, Skøyen, Oslo. A notice for the AGM will be sent to all shareholders and documents related to the AGM, including the annual report for 2014, will be available on the company's investor relations website (www.telioholding.no).
