Change of company name

The annual general meeting of Telio Holding ASA on 24 April 2015 approved the board's proposal to change the company name to NextGenTel Holding ASA. The change of company name is now registered at the Brønnøysund Register - see attached company certificate. Oslo Stock Exchange will update its systems according to normal procedures. The new ticker  will be 'NGT'.
