Disclosure of shareholding

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Telio Holding ASA (“Telio”) on 31 January 2013 (the “Notice”).

T. D. Veen AS has today subscribed for 1,200,000 new shares in Telio at a subscription price of NOK 25 per share, against set-off of a NOK 30 million loan provided by T. D. Veen AS to Telio.

Following registration of the share capital increases described in the Notice (including issuance of the abovementioned shares), T. D. Veen AS will hold 2,119,704 shares in Telio, representing 9.10% of the shares issued and 9.21% of the votes and shares outstanding.
