Mandatory notification of trade

Telio Holding ASA has 7 January 2010 sold 5,000 own shares at an average price of NOK 25.90 per share. The shares were sold as part of the company`s share option program. As part of the compensation scheme, employees are offered options when they are employed by the company. The vesting (i.e.also exercise) date of the options granted depends on when the employee signed the employment contract. After this transaction, there are 1,029,734 outstanding options in the company with strike price from NOK 6.0 to NOK 31.5 (average NOK 15.31). After this transaction, Telio Holding ASA holds 190,867 own shares.
