Mandatory notification of trade

Telio Holding ASA has 26 January 2010 purchased 200,000 own shares at NOK 39.75 per share. The transaction is part of a share buy-back authorization given by Telio Holding ASA's Annual General Meeting on 29 April 2009. Treasury shares will be used to fulfill the company's obligation towards holders of share options. After this transaction, Telio Holding ASA holds 454,167 own shares.
