Mandatory notification of trade

Telio Holding ASA has 23 August 2010 sold 7,500 own shares at an average price of NOK 25.90 per share. The shares were sold as part of the company`s share option program. As part of the ompensation scheme,employees are offered options when they are employed by thecompany. The vesting (i.e.also exercise) date of the options granted depends on when the employee signed the employment contract. After this transaction, there are 592,901 outstanding options in the company with strike price from NOK 6.0 to NOK 31.5 (average NOK 14.75). 

After these transactions, Telio Holding ASA holds 254,334 own shares.
