Mandatory notification of trade

Telio Holding ASA has 10 September 2010 sold 4,333 own shares at an average price of NOK 18.50 per share. The shares were sold as part of the company`s share option program. As part of the compensation scheme employees are offered options when they are employed by the company. The vesting (i.e.also exercise) date of the options granted depends on when the employee signed the employment contract. After this transaction, there are 592,901 outstanding options in the company with strike price from NOK 6.0 to NOK 39,0 (average NOK 15.04). 

After these transactions, Telio Holding ASA holds 250,001 own shares.
