Mandatory notification of trade

Telio Holding ASA has 6 April 2011 sold 7,000 own shares at an average price of NOK 16.50  per share. The shares were sold as part of the company`s share option program. As part of the compensation scheme employees are offered options when they are employed by the company. The vesting (i.e.also exercise) date of the options granted depends on when the employee signed the employment contract. After this transaction, there are 547,068 outstanding options in the company with strike price from NOK 6.0 to NOK 39,00 (average NOK 14.84). 

After this transaction, Telio Holding ASA holds 309,001 own shares.
