Synesi AS, a company where observer in the board of directors of Telio Holding ASA, Espen Fjogstad, owns 100% of the shares, has today purchased 250,000 shares in Telio Holding ASA at an average price of NOK 26 per share. After this transaction, Synesi AS owns 750,000 shares in Telio Holding ASA.
