Avita AS, a company 100% owned by Jens Hetland, Sales & Marketing Director in Telio Telecom AS, has 24 April 2013 purchased 7,000 shares in Telio Holding ASA at an average price of NOK 22.50 per share. After this transaction, Avita AS holds 75,000 shares in Telio Holding ASA. In addition, Jens Hetland holds 25,000 share options.
