Creo Foundation AS, a company owned by Erik Osmundsen, chairman of the board of Telio Holding ASA, has 28 October 2014 sold 100,000 shares in Telio Holding ASA at an average price of NOK 43.50 per share. After this transaction, Creo Foundation AS owns a total of 515,502 shares in Telio Holding ASA.
