Mandatory notification of trades

Telio Holding ASA has 3 August 2010 purchased 125,000 own shares at an average price of NOK 34 per share. The transaction is part of a share buy-back authorization given by Telio Holding ASA's Annual General Meeting on 15 April 2010.

Telio Holding ASA has 3 August 2010 sold 5,000 own shares at an average price of NOK 25.90 per share. The shares were sold as part of the company`s share option program. As part of the ompensation scheme,employees are offered options when they are employed by thecompany. The vesting (i.e.also exercise) date of the options granted depends on when the employee signed the employment contract. After this transaction, there are 600,401 outstanding options in the company with strike price from NOK 6.0 to NOK 31.5 (average NOK 14.88). 

After these transactions, Telio Holding ASA holds 261,834 own shares.
