Nexus acquire the eTechnology group from Lindhard A/S in Denmark

Nexus acquire the eTechnology group from Lindhard A/S in Denmark. Technology Nexus AB (publ), called Nexus, and Lindhard A/S, called Lindhard, have signed an agreement where Nexus acquire the eTechnology business of Lindhard. The business is focused on design, development, implementation and support of trusted e- business solutions for corporations to whom secured solutions are business critical. The ongoing business with 9 highly experienced PKI, security and system specialists, running contracts and customers will continue under the name of Technology Nexus Danmark A/S. Among the customers are some of Denmarks largest and most successful companies. Nexus are confident that the present operations, that will give positive contributions to Nexus already under the last quarter 2002, have potential for further development when integrating the offering from Nexus in the PKI, secured solutions area. - "Nexus will, through the acquisition of the eTechnology group, further strengthen the position as a leading supplier of secured PKI-based solutions on the European market."
