Nexus and Know IT signs Letter of Intent

Technology Nexus AB and Know IT AB has signed a Letter of Intent regarding transfer of Nexus business in Borlänge to Know IT AB. The parties intend to finalize the deal during the fourth quarter after a fulfilled Due Diligence process.

Nexus business in Borlänge consists of 19 employees primarily operating in business development, project management and system development towards the larger governmental businesses in Borlänge. - Nexus intends to focus it’s core business within the Information Security sector.
