The Shareholders of Technology Nexus AB (publ), held an extraordinary general meeting on Wednesday April 9th 2008, in Stockholm, Sweden.
Here follows a summary of decisions taken at the general meeting.

Decision to approve the sale of shares in the subsidiary Technology Nexus Security AB
The general meeting decided unanimously in accordance with the Board of Directors’ proposal,to approve the sale of all shares in the subsidiary Technology Nexus Security AB to Cybercom Sweden East AB.

Decision to approve the sale of shares in the subsidiary Technology Nexus S.A Spain
The general meeting decided unanimously in accordance with the Board of Directors’ proposal,to approve the sale of all shares in the subsidiary Technology Nexus S.A Spain to the subsidiary’s CEO Miguel Munoz Garcia.
