Technology Nexus AB (publ) and Blueice Research AB have signed a strategic cooperation agreement concerning security solutions for mobile Internet access. Technology Nexus, referred to below as Nexus, has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with product development company Blueice Research AB concerning security solutions for mobile Internet access. The agreement gives both Nexus and Blueice Research opportunities to offer mobile solutions with stringent requirements for security. The Multipass product from Blueice Research can be used for secure communications on hand-held PDA devices and incorporates functions for identification and digital signatures. The use of mobile devices with Internet access is expected to increase dramatically over the next few years, which imposes significantly higher demands for security on the part of both service providers and consumers. - "The focus by Blueice Research on hand-held computers and smartphones in combination with PKI technology for secure online transactions over the mobile Internet comes at precisely the right time.
