Technology Nexus AB (publ.) and Bravida Tid AB sign product development and management partnership agreement valued at approx. 25 MSEK. Technology Nexus AB, hereafter called Nexus, and Bravida Tid AB, have signed an agreement covering the development and management of Bravida Tid's products. In addition to the managment of current products, the agreement also covers the development of new products to meet the demands of the market for secured and state-of-the-art time-system solutions. The agreement runs for a three-year period and will, in Nexus' evaluation, exceed 25 MSEK in value for the period. The agreement entails a fixed, initial order from Bravida valued at 10 MSEK. The agreement stipulates that Nexus will provide selected personnel at Bravida with employment at Nexus. By so doing, Nexus will gain world-leading expertise in an extremely interesting area of application for secured solutions.
