The assignment involves a team of experts from Nexus reviewing the extremely complex operational business, which takes place within an international organisation to produce an analysis of the current status. On the basis of this current status report, Nexus will conduct an analysis of various possible optimisation procedures with proposals for action. The main goal is to increase efficiency within the business and retain a very high quality level, which falls in line with the Nexus business concept for secured system solutions.
