#23-06 Decision on delisting of Agtira AB from Nordic SME

Agtira AB (“the Company”) announced on November 14, 2022 that the Company intended to change its listing venue from NGM to Nasdaq First North Growth Market. NGM has now received and processed the Company’s application for delisting and decided that the last day of trading in the Company’s shares will be on January 27, 2023, provided that Nasdaq Stockholm approves the Company’s application for admission to trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.

According to point 3.1 of the Rules for companies whose shares are listed on Nordic SME, the exchange can decide upon the placement of a company’s shares under observation if the company has applied for delisting. For this reason, the Company’s shares are placed under observation with immediate effect up to and including the last day of trading.
