#23-100 Decision on delisting of Anima Group AB from Nordic SME

Nordic Growth Market NGM AB (”NGM”) has decided to delist the shares in Anima Group AB (“the Company”) from Nordic SME. According to 2.2.10 in the Nordic SME Rulebook, the composition of the board of directors must be such that it is sufficiently competent to manage and control a listed company. Furthermore, according to 3.3.2, the exchange may decide to delist the shares if the company fails to pay applicable fees despite repeated reminders.

Since the Company no longer fulfils the listing requirements regarding the Company’s organization and has failed to pay applicable fees, the shares will be delisted from Nordic SME on December 8.

Trading in the shares of the Company have been halted since October 19 and will not be resumed prior to the delisting date.
