#23-104 Unit issue in Attana AB

With the support of the authorization from the annual general meeting on May 5, 2023, the board of Attana AB (the “Company”) has decided on a unit issue with preferential rights for the Company’s existing shareholders.

 

The last day of trading in the Company’s shares including the right to receive unit rights is December 4, 2023. The first day of trading in the Company’s shares excluding the right to receive unit rights is December 5, 2023. The record date is December 6, 2023.

 

The shareholders of the Company will receive two (2) unit rights for each (1) share held per the record date. Five (5) unit rights are required to subscribe to one (1) new unit. One (1) unit consists of two (2) shares and one (1) warrant of series TO1. The subscription price is 0,16 SEK per unit, corresponding to 0,08 SEK per share.

 

Subscription of units will take place from and including December 8, 2023, to and including December 22, 2023. Trading in unit rights will take place on NGM from and including December 8, 2023, to and including December 19, 2023.

 

Trading in units will take place on NGM from and including December 8, 2023, until the unit issue is registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.

 

If the unit issue results in an adjustment factor, orders in the Company’s order book will be deleted after the end of the trading day on December 4, 2023.
