#23-123 Correction of NGM Market Notice 23-122 - Consolidation of shares in Imsys AB
The correction is regarding that the first day of trading after the consolidation is January 4, 2024.
At the annual general meeting of Imsys AB (“the Company”) on October 31, 2023, it was decided to merge the Company’s shares whereby five hundred (500) existing shares are merged into one (1) new share (1:500). The board of the Company has now, with the support of the authorization from the annual general meeting, decided that the record date for the consolidation shall be January 5, 2024.
The last day of trading before the consolidation is January 3, 2024. The first day of trading after the consolidation is January 4, 2024. Please note that the share will be traded with a new ISIN-code as of January 4, 2024.
Please also note that orders in the Company’s orderbook will be deleted after the end of the trading day on January 3, 2024.
