#23-15 Information regarding distribution of shares in Zoomability Int AB to shareholders in Dividend Sweden AB

The annual general meeting on December 15, 2022 in Dividend Sweden AB ("Dividend") decided on the distribution of shares in Zoomability Int AB ("Zoomability") to shareholders in Dividend.

The distribution means that the shareholders are entitled to receive one (1) share in Zoomability for
every seventy-one (71) shares in Dividend that they hold on the record date.

The board of Dividend has now decided that the record date for the distribution will be February 10, 2023.

This means that the last day for trading, including the right to a distribution of shares in Zoomability,
is February 8, 2023. On February 9, 2023, the shares in Dividend will be traded without the right to a distribution of shares in Zoomability.
