#23-16 Nordic Growth Market NGM AB’s disciplinary committee issues a warning to Safe Lane Gaming AB
As of February 10, 2023, Nordic Growth Market NGM AB’s disciplinary committee has found that Safe Lane Gaming AB has breached paragraphs 4.1.1 and 4.2.6 in Rules for companies whose shares are listed on Nordic SME (“the Rulebook”) and also issued the company a warning in accordance with chapter 5 of the Rulebook.
