#23-18 Rights issue in Sotkamo Silver AB
The board of Sotkamo Silver AB (“the Company”) has decided on a rights issue with preferential rights for the Company’s existing shareholders subject to approval from the extraordinary general meeting, to be held on February 16, 2023.
The last day of trading in the Company’s shares including the right to receive subscription rights is February 16, 2023. The first day of trading in the Company’s shares excluding the right to receive subscription rights is February 17, 2023. The record date is February 20, 2023.
The shareholders of the Company will receive one (1) subscription right for each share held per the record date. Two (2) subscription rights are required to subscribe to one (1) new share. The subscription price is 0,45 SEK per share.
Subscription of shares will take place from and including February 22, 2023 to and including March 8, 2023. Trading in subscription rights will take place on NGM from and including February 22, 2023 to and including March 3, 2023.
Trading in paid subscription shares will take place on NGM from and including February 22, 2023 until the rights issue is registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
If the rights issue results in an adjustment factor, orders in the Company’s order book will deleted after the end of the trading day on February 16, 2023.
