Meltron AB ("the Company"), whose shares are listed on Nordic SME, disclosed its semi-annual financial statements of 2022 on February 22, 2023, with information that the company’s liquidity situation is strained and that structural changes must be made.
According to the Rules for companies whose shares are listed on Nordic SME, a company's shares can be placed under observation if there is substantial uncertainty about the company’s financial situation.
With reference to situation the above, Nordic Growth Market NGM AB has decided to place the shares in the Company under observation with immediate effect. The observation status applies until further notice.
