The rights issue in Mahvie Minerals AB (“the Company”) is now registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office and the last day of trading in paid subscribed units has been set for March 29, 2023.

The first day of trading for the Company’s warrants series 1 (TO1) has been set for April 5, 2023.

Each one (1) warrant will entitle the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share at a subscription price of SEK 1.20 per share during the period from and including September 4, 2023 to and including September 15, 2023.
