#23-31 Nordic Growth Market NGM AB’s disciplinary committee issues a fine to Nexar Group AB

As of April 18, 2023, Nordic Growth Market NGM AB’s disciplinary committee has found that Nexar Group AB (“the Company”) has breached paragraph 4.1.1 in Rules for companies whose shares are listed on Nordic SME (“the Rulebook”) and therefore issued a fine of SEK 100 000 to the Company in accordance with chapter 5 of the Rulebook.
