#23-39  Decision on delisting of Nimutan AB from Nordic SME

At the ordinary general meeting on May 10, 2023 in Nimutan AB (“the Company”) it was decided on a voluntary liquidation of the Company. Due to this decision, the board has applied for delisting of the Company’s shares.

NGM has now received and processed the application for delisting and decided that the last day of trading in the Company’s shares will be on May 15, 2023.
