#23-40 Consolidation of shares in DS Plattformen AB

At the annual general meeting of DS Plattformen AB (“the Company”) on April 11, 2023, it was decided to merge the Company’s shares whereby fifteen (15) existing shares are merged into one (1) new share (1:15). The board of the Company has now, with the support of the authorization from the annual general meeting, decided that the record date for the consolidation shall be May 17, 2023.

The last day of trading before the consolidation is May 15, 2023. The first day of trading after the consolidation is May 16, 2023. Please note that the share will be traded with a new ISIN-code as of May 16, 2023.

Please also note that orders in the Company’s orderbook will be deleted after the end of the trading day on May 15, 2023.
