#23-46 Consolidation of shares in Archelon Natural Resources AB

At the annual general meeting of Archelon Natural Resources AB (the “Company”) on May 24, 2023, it was decided to merge the Company’s shares whereby one hundred (100) existing shares are merged into one (1) new share (1:100). The board of the Company has now, with the support of the authorization from the general meeting, decided that the record date for the consolidation shall be June 7, 2023.

The last day of trading before the consolidation is June 2, 2023. The first day of trading after the consolidation is June 5, 2023. Please note that the shares will be traded with a new ISIN-code as of June 5, 2023.

Please also note that orders in the Company’s orderbook will be deleted after the end of the trading day on June 2, 2023.
