#23-49 Consolidation of shares in Coegin Pharma AB
At the annual general meeting of Coegin Pharma AB (the “Company”) on May 25, 2023, it was decided to merge the Company’s shares whereby one hundred (100) existing shares are merged into one (1) new share (1:100). The board of the Company has now, with the support of the authorization from the general meeting, decided that the record date for the consolidation shall be June 16, 2023.
The last day of trading before the consolidation is June 14, 2023. The first day of trading after the consolidation is June 15, 2023. Please note that the shares will be traded with a new ISIN-code as of June 15, 2023.
Please also note that orders in the Company’s orderbook will be deleted after the end of the trading day on June 14, 2023.
