DS Plattformen AB (the “Company”) announced on June 12, 2023 that the Company intended to change its listing venue from NGM to Nasdaq First North Growth Market. NGM has now received and processed the Company’s application for delisting and decided that the last day of trading in the Company’s shares will be on June 28, 2023, provided that Nasdaq Stockholm approves the Company’s application for admission to trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
