#23-59 Trading halt in Meltron AB
NGM has decided to halt the trading in the shares of Meltron AB effective immediately. Trading will be halted until further notice in accordance with Chapter 11, Section 12 of the Securities Market Act. The trade halt is due to non-disclosure of inside information about the issuer or the issuer’s financial instrument pursuant Chapter 22, Section 1, Paragraph 3 of the Securities Market Act.
The Financial Supervisory Authority has been notified about the trade halt and has decided that it will remain until further notice in accordance with Chapter 22, Section 1 of the Securities Market Act.
Please note that the order book has been flushed.
