#23-63 Consolidation of shares in Safe Lane Gaming AB

At the annual general meeting of Safe Lane Gaming AB (“the Company”) on June 14, 2023, it was decided to merge the Company’s shares whereby one thousand (1 000) existing shares are merged into one (1) new share (1:1 000). The board of the Company has now, with the support of the authorization from the annual general meeting, decided that the record date for the consolidation shall be July 14, 2023.

The last day of trading before the consolidation is July 12, 2023. The first day of trading after the consolidation is July 13, 2023. Please note that the share will be traded with a new ISIN-code as of July 13, 2023.

Please also note that orders in the Company’s orderbook will be deleted after the end of the trading day on July 12, 2023.
