#23-66 Decision on delisting of Pepins Group AB from NGM PepMarket

At the extraordinary general meeting on July 13, 2023 in Pepins Group AB (“the Company”) it was decided on a voluntary liquidation. Due to this decision, the board has applied for delisting of the Company’s shares.

NGM has now received and processed the application for delisting and decided that the last day of trading in the Company’s shares will be on August 8, 2023.
