#23-71 Information regarding distribution of warrants in Nowonomics AB
With the support of the authorization from the annual general meeting on May 11, 2023, the board of Nowonomics AB (the “Company”) has decided on an issue of warrants to the Company´s existing shareholders.
The shareholders of the Company will receive one (1) warrant series 4 (TO4) for every ten (10) shares held per the record date.
The last day of trading in the Company’s shares including the right to receive warrants is August 8, 2023. The first day of trading in the Company’s shares excluding the right to receive warrants is August 9, 2023. The record date is August 10, 2023.
The first day of trading for the Company’s warrants series 4 (TO4) has been set for August 15, 2023.
Terms and conditions in brief
Each one (1) warrant series 4 (TO4) will entitle the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share at a subscription price of SEK 13.00 per share during the period from and including October 27, 2023 to and including November 10, 2023.
