At the general meeting of Arbona AB (“the Company”) on August 2, 2023, it was decided to merge the Company’s share classes whereby one (1) existing share of class B is merged into one (1) new share of class A (1:1).

The last day of trading for the class B shares before the consolidation is August 15, 2023. The record date for the consolidation shall be August 17, 2023.
